Material

Kiwi fruit 5.20 g, fine sugar, 120 ml, cold water.

Operation method:

1. Kiwi fruit is washed, peeled and cut into small pieces. Fine granulated sugar is mixed into cold water and kiwi fruit is put into a juicer.

2. Put the kiwi fruit puree into the fresh preservation box and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to semi-solidify.

3. Put it back into the refrigerator and continue to freeze. Repeat this procedure more than 3 times until the puree is finely crushed ice crystals.
