Blueberry smoothie

Material

Freeze 1 banana (freeze for 10-15 minutes), 120ml vanilla soy milk, 245g vanilla fat-free yogurt, 6g flaxseed, 8ml honey, 105g frozen blueberries

Operation method:

1. Cut the banana into small pieces and put it in the blender.

Add soy milk, yogurt, flaxseed and honey, stirring at a minimum speed of about 5 seconds, then slowly add blueberries while continuing to stir at a low speed.

Once the blueberries are mixed with other ingredients, speed up the stirring to your preferred consistency
